Nigerians are bemoaning the high cost of processing the renewal of vehicle particulars in the country, especially the introduction of some new requirements by the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Reacting on the social media platform, Nairaland, for example, Nigerians said that the new rates were excruciating.
