Founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, Nigeria, has made it clear that he does not speak out of his own volition, rather he speaks the mind of God.
Primate Ayodele made the disclosure on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the international headquarters of his church in Lagos.
He said people are happy when he speaks against the government and frown if he speaks in favour of government.
He said that he does not support anybody.
Primate Ayodele made it clear that he is happy when the government listens to his prophetic advice and does the right thing.
He said, “People are happy anytime I talk bad about the government.
“I have to tell anybody who listens to me I am not to speak against any government, I speak the heart of God.
“If God say speak, I speak, it is not anybody’s speech, I am not speaking on behalf of anybody.
“I speak the heart of God, it may be positive, it may be otherwise.
“Anything I say is as directed by God. So anytime I speak anything good about the government, I think, nobody should be angry.
“I think we should be happy that God speaks to us, than for people to think that you are supporting government.
“If I speak to the government and they listen, they succeed, but if they don’t listen, they will fail.
“So the wording is for the government to listen and do what is right,” Primate Ayodele stated.
