RE: CLAIM BY REV. ISAAC OMOLEHIN ALLEGING PFN DIRECTIVES TO STOP HIM FROM PREACHING

The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has become aware of public claims made by Rev. Isaac Omolehin, alleging that a church in Canada stopped him from preaching upon his arrival based on directives purportedly issued by the PFN. He further alleged that another church in Cape Town received the same directive but chose to disregard it. Additionally, he claimed that the PFN has instructed churches to deny him ministerial platforms both locally and internationally.
The PFN wishes to state clearly and unequivocally as follows:

1. PFN ISSUED NO SUCH DIRECTIVE
At no time—in Canada, Cape Town, Nigeria, or anywhere else in the world—did the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria issue a directive, formal or informal, instructing any church or minister to stop Rev. Isaac Omolehin, or any other minister, from preaching the Gospel. We are completely unaware of the events he described and categorically deny any involvement or complicity.

2. PFN IS PRO-GOSPEL AND PRO-GREAT COMMISSION
The mission of the PFN is rooted in the words of Jesus Christ in Mark 16:15: “Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.”
Stopping any sincere minister of the Gospel from preaching would contradict:
* The essence of the Great Commission,
* The spirit of Christian brotherhood, and
* The foundational purpose of the PFN.
Our vision is to take the Gospel to the farthest and furthest ends of the earth. Silencing a preacher is not—and has never been—part of our mandate.

3. PFN RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS PROOF
With due respect to Rev. Isaac Omolehin, we believe he may have been misinformed or misled. In the interest of truth and fairness, we invite him to provide:
* The names of the churches,
* The individuals involved, and
* Any written or recorded evidence linking PFN to these alleged directives.
The PFN stands ready to investigate any credible information.

4. BIBLICAL CONDUCT ENCOURAGES DIRECT CLARIFICATION
The Bible instructs in Matthew 18:15 that if a brother believes he has been wronged, he should first seek direct clarification. At no time did Rev. Isaac approach the leadership of the PFN to confirm or resolve such a serious allegation. A simple inquiry could have dispelled this misinformation.

5. PFN WISHES REV. ISAAC WELL
We hold Rev. Isaac Omolehin in high esteem as a fellow labourer in the vineyard of Christ. We pray for continued grace upon his ministry and wish him success in his calling.

6. PFN ENCOURAGES OPEN DOORS FOR THE GOSPEL
We urge churches in Nigeria, Canada, Cape Town, and across the world to:
* Keep their pulpits open to sincere, well-intentioned ministers of the Gospel,
* Promote unity in the Body of Christ, and
* Continue advancing the message of salvation.

CONCLUSION
The PFN remains committed to:
* Unity in the Body of Christ,
* Evangelism without borders, and
* Truth, transparency, and love.
We categorically reject and refute any suggestion that the PFN has acted to hinder the preaching of the Gospel by Rev. Isaac or any other minister.
Signed:
Dr. Sylvenus Ifaka
National Publicity Secretary
