Nigeria is currently experiencing an economic crisis essentially due to policy failures and government investments priorities. This has been a major factor contributing to the decline in the country’s gross domestic products since this ruling party assumed office in 2015. Nigeria is not lacking or shorting in resources to support its own economy but rather its lack of economic growth has been the problem for the government since the inception of this administration two years ago. Its designed programs made basic necessities increasingly unaffordable for millions of citizens. The resultant effects of these policies are not limited to the poor but rather extended and highly vulnerable to the growing population of the poor. The rising food prices, transportation costs, high cost of living and declining purchasing power have placed heavy burdens on families, small and medium businesses across the country.

This challenge is not merely economic; it is a leadership failure imposed on Nigerians by the APC led government. When policies fail to ease hardship or respond to the realities faced by ordinary Nigerians, it becomes clear that a new approach to governance is needed . Leadership must be judged by its impact on people’s lives and not by flimsy excuses or bad decisions made and promises unkept.

The repeated cycles of hardship we see today show that old methods of governance have to give way for a new generation of leaders. Nigeria needs leadership that is people centered, transparent, and accountable. Leadership that prioritizes productivity, job creation, and economic stability should be handed over the baton to lead this country, moving forward.

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) offers the following alternatives.

ADC represents a clear break from failed patterns of the past and provides a credible path to inclusive growth and accountable governance.

Its focus on policies that strengthen local enterprises, protect purchasing power, and restore public confidence in leadership.

At this critical moment, Nigerians must recognize that meaningful change requires a new direction.

We encourage citizens across the country to engage, participate, and align with a movement committed to genuine reform. ADC .

ADC stands as the most viable alternative for a better Nigeria. The choice before us is clear: make the right decision. Continue with the status quo or embrace new leadership that puts you and our country, Nigeria first.

Nigeria deserves better than that, the more reasons why we must stand firmly together to make the right choices in this elections.

Choose right, Choose ADC.
