A woman contractor, Ms Tracy Nither Nicolas Ohiri, accusing Minister of Works, David Umahi, of withholding the payment of N250 million for 12 years, has provided her “evidence.”
Umahi denied knowledge of the woman and of her allegation.
But Ohiri has released a video that has gone viral on social media, captured some moments and some of the gift items she produced for the former Governor.
Madam Tracy has scattered evidence of her dealings with Tinubu’s towel minister, Dave Umahi.
