Primate Elijah Ayodele of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church on Sunday, March 22, 2026, made it prophetically clear to the president of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, that his going to the United Kingdom (UK) on state visit was good but certainly not solution to Nigeria’s problem.
He urged him to stay at home and rest, adding that President Trump of America will be his albatross as he works towards 2027.
He said Trump would be his greatest obstacle towards his second term bid.
Primate Ayodele further recommended that the president should go and rest in order to be more focused for nation building.
Primate Ayodele said, “Tinubu, your UK trip is good but it’s not answer to Nigeria’s problem.
“Trump has a plan against you.
“Let me say it straight and you can hate me. Trump is a disaster to Tinubu second term. Take it or throw it away,
“Tinubu should work on his health, he needs to get rest. You are being stressed, stop stressing our president, he needs rest.
“Tinubu go and rest, you have done well for Nigeria, you can’t kill yourself because of Nigeria.
“Yes, rest a bit, so that you can be focused,” he said.
