A few weeks after his resignation from the Living Faith Church, Bishop David Abioye, appears set to launch an independent ministry.

Speaking in a recent documentary released on his YouTube channel, Bishop Abioye shared that it was time to expand his ministry but affirmed he would maintain close communication with Bishop David Oyedepo and the Living Faith Family.

Both clerics, who share the same first name, first connected in 1979.

Although Abioye’s retirement aligned with the constitution of the Living Faith Church, popularly known as Winners Chapel, the cleric on Thursday announced a new programme “Hour of Revival.”

Themed “Revive Us Again,” the programme is scheduled for November 23 and 30, 2023, at the National Stadium Velodrome in Abuja.

At a recent valedictory service held in his honour at Goshen Camp in Nasarawa State, Bishop Abioye expressed no regrets about serving Winners Chapel Founder, Bishop David Oyedepo.
