In a grand celebration that brought together prominent figures and distinguished guests, Alhaji Maidawa Lumo Abubakar, Chief Security Officer of KYC Inter Project Limited, gave out his two daughters, Amina Maidawa Yamrat and Khadija Musa Yamrat, in marriage to RDN Suleiman Abdullahi and PC Sadeeq Abubakar Sanusi, respectively.
The ceremony, held at Alhaji Maidawa’s residence in Kofar Gidan, Bauchi State capital, was attended by notable dignitaries, including Engineer Dr. Michael Ayuba Auta, CEO of KYC Inter Project Limited; Otunba Tunde Osho, a Media executive and Public Relations expert; Barrister Sir Ben Churchill Aniekwena; Alhaji Sabi Musa, Alhaji Zango Aya Bashir, Mr Ben Wayas, Alhaji Sheriff, Alhaji Bala, Alhaji Idris Aliyu, Alhaji Elisha Yahya, Alhaji Ismail Haruna and other prominent guests from the real estate and security sectors.
Dr. Michael Ayuba Auta, in his special guest’s address, emphasized the significance of marriage, offering valuable advice to the newlyweds on mutual respect, trust, and understanding. Alhaji Maidawa expressed pride in providing both Islamic and Western education to his daughters, urging the couples to cultivate humility and respect in their marital journey.
The nikkah ceremony was officiated by Chief Imam Alhaji Muritala Dahiru of Quibla Tulhuda Jumat Mosque, who charged the couples to emulate divine guidelines for married couples.
