Prophet (Dr.) Emmanuel Baruwa of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Talitakumi Achiever Model lnternational Parish, Ijoko, Ogun State, has once again demonstrated that he is a true mouthpiece of God.
On the 9th of June, 2025, Prophet Baruwa prophetically made a startling revelation which was published in an internationally renowned online outfit, businessafrica.com.ng that the Deputy Governor of Ekiti State, Chief Mrs Christianah Afuye, would not make second term.
He also warned her against doing any thing that would bring her in direct confrontation with the governor of the state.
According to information, members of the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State under the auspices of the Concerned APC Patriots (CAP) have rejected the nomination of the Deputy Governor, Monisade Afuye, as the running mate of Governor Biodun Oyebanji for the 2026 gubernatorial election
They stated that Afuye’s nomination was like putting a square peg in a round hole because she lacks the capacity for the office of the deputy governor.
The group noted that many critical functions that should be performed by the deputy in the absence of the governor, including representing Oyebanji at the various meetings in Abuja are either delegated to other officers of government or left unattended.
The rejection of Chief Mrs Afuye as the running mate of Biodun Oyebanji by the APC has indeed shown that Prophet Baruwa is a prophet whose warning must be taken seriously.
In the said publication, Prophet Baruwa said, “Deputy Governor of Ekiti State, Chief Mrs Monisade Christianah Afuye, this is a warning that she should be very prayerful because I can see that if they don’t remove her, she will have issues with the governor.
“If she is not careful she will not do second tenure with the Governor, Abiodun Abayomi Oyebanji, they will not pick her as the Deputy Governor. She should pray very well.
“Again she should pray over her health. If they were able to pick her for the second tenure, she should pray she can finish the tenure, so she should pray over her health, for God to grant her good health or they will remove her as deputy Governor, that is what God is telling me about her,” Prophet Baruwa stated in the prophecy.
