The Aare Atunluse of Awori Kingdom and Chairman, Mapcotec Nigeria Limited, Aare (Surveyor) Dr. Segun Osifeso, has described Ogun State indigenes as men and women of honour who have displayed astute managerial skills in their different fields of endeavours to become sources of inspiration to the larger populace.
Aare Osifeso, who made these remarks during a chat with newsmen at Ota, Ogun State on Saturday, noted that he would for ever be proud of the sons and daughters of the Gateway State as they have excelled in life through unrelenting hard work, tenacity of purpose and unblinking eye on focus
He stressed that many products of the Gateway State were often of very humble background, but strove through thick and thin to attain their present status in life and have profoundly impacted their generation.
The renowned Surveyor further added that the state was proud of men and women of honour who have made strong marks in their various spheres of life and had carved out enviable niches for themselves through determination and professionalism.
Aare Osifeso noted that in both public and private sectors of the nation’s economy, Ogun State indigenes have remained the leading lights forming the bedrock of the nation’s socio – economic development.
” Ogun State indigenes have, no doubt, contributed immensely to the nation’s socio – economic growth through their businesses and their life stories can serve to galvanize the youths to greater heights”, said Aare Osifeso
The community leader further explained that in the country today, the visionary initiatives and enduring legacies of Ogun State indigenes were glaring in virtually every sphere of human endeavours, stressing that in commerce and industry, its people excelled and equally remained forces to reckon with in the nation’s politics.
While describing Ogun State sons and daughters as individuals who have consistently held the torch of the nation’s economy aloft, Aare Osifeso felicitated with the government and indigenes of the Gateway State on the state’s 50th anniversary celebration, urging for the realization of monumental successes and initiatives that were capable of transforming the state’s future permanently for good
