Founder and Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has warned the Guarantee Trust Bank (GTB) over the continued detention of VeryDarkMan and called for his immediate release.
The content creator and celebrity, VeryDarkMan was arrested at the premises of the bank for allegedly raising an alarm over illegal and unauthorized deductions from his mother’s account with GTB.
Primate Ayodele made his views known in a release on Saturday, March 3, 2025. He added that the bank should take steps to release VeryDarkMan in order not to incur the wrath of other customers.
Primate Ayodele added that customers are always right and insisted that there are laws that protect customers and VeryDarkMan is protected under such law.
He added that if GTB failed to release VeryDarkMan, other customers would protest and withdraw their funds from the bank.
“GTB should release VeryDarkMan, getting him arrested is not proper, it will backfire on their banking system.
“VeryDarkMan has never done anything wrong, the customer is always right, there is a customer law that protects VeryDarkMan, so why is GTB doing all of this?
“GTB wants to be a bank people are running away from.
“They should change their stance and release the VeryDarkMan now, otherwise they will protest against you, and customers will begin to withdraw their accounts from the bank,” Ayodele stated.
