On September 17, 2025, at about 3:00 p.m., Shamelon and his group allegedly launched a brutal attack on a dispatch rider, using a helmet and his fists to inflict severe injuries.

The victim, who collapsed at the scene, was rushed to the hospital, placed on oxygen, and is still receiving treatment.

Police arrested Shamelon following this assault.

Barely 24 hours later, another complaint surfaced linking Shamelon to an earlier incident that occurred on August 28, 2025.

Police said the suspect used a metallic ring to repeatedly strike a man, identified as Adeshina Rahman, on the head and face during a heated altercation.

Despite medical intervention, Rahman succumbed to his injuries on September 17 and was pronounced dead by doctors.

His body has since been deposited in a mortuary for autopsy.

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Olohundare Jimoh, who led a team of officers to the scenes of the incidents, assured residents that justice will be served.

Police spokesperson, Abimbola Adebisi, also confirmed that Oladiti would be arraigned in court once investigations are finalized.
