Winners’ Retiring Bishop Aremu Says No Plan For Own Ministry

Bishop Thomas Aremu has stated that he has no plan to open his own church following his retirement from the Living Faith Church, also known as Winners Chapel.

Along with fellow Bishop David Abioye, Aremu recently bowed out of office in line with the guidelines of the Mandate, the operational manual of the Living Faith Church, globally known as Winners Chapel.

Speaking during his valedictory service in Bashorun, Ibadan, on Monday, the cleric insisted that despite his retirement, he would not be opening an independent church.

Earlier, the President and Founder of the church, Bishop David Oyedepo, commended Bishop Aremu for his steadfastness and service in God’s vineyard.

Bishop Thomas Aremu has stated that he has no plan to open his own church following his retirement from the Living Faith Church.

Born March 18, 1957, he retired due to having attained the statutory retirement age.

Earlier, the President and Founder of the church, Bishop David Oyedepo, commended Bishop Aremu for his steadfastness and service in God’s vineyard.

Under Bishop David Oyedepo’s direction, Bishop Thomas Aremu served as Vice President (Foreign Missions) of the Living Faith Church Worldwide (Winners Chapel).

He is retired as the Ibadan Church’s senior Pastor.
