June-12 Activist Abdul Oroh Declares For House Of Reps Again

Pro-democracy and June-12 activist, Hon. Abdul Oroh, has declared his intention to return to the National Assembly, representing the Owan Federal Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC)

Oroh, who served in the House of Representatives from 2003 to 2007, was endorsed by APC leaders across the 22 wards in the constituency during his declaration.

The endorsement was moved by Chief Alidu Ovbiotse and seconded by Isekhemen Francis Ozoya.

The party leaders expressed confidence that his return would strengthen representation and accelerate development in the constituency.

Addressing the constituents, Oroh said his decision to run again was driven by a desire to address pressing challenges facing the constituency, including insecurity, economic hardship, and infrastructural deficits.

He stated that he has the experience and network needed to deliver effective representation.

Oroh, a former Commissioner under the administration of Adams Oshiomhole, a pledged to prioritise the welfare of the people and support efforts to improve security across the country.

He expressed willingness to collaborate with both federal and state authorities, including the administration of Monday Okpebholo, as well as the private sector and international partners.
