ADC’s Owokoniran Warns Members Against Tribal, Religious Divisions

National Vice Chairman (South West Zone) of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Hon. Rahman Owokoniran, has called on all committed and dedicated members of the party to remain vigilant against the dangers of tribalism and religious division.

Speaking in the wake of recent political developments, Hon. Owokoniran warned that attempts are being made to sow seeds of discord within the party by promoting ethnic and religious sentiments. He emphasized that such tactics are designed to weaken unity, distract members, and undermine the collective strength of the party.

He urged members across all levels to reject any form of division and remain focused on the core values of the ADC, which include unity, inclusiveness, and people-centered governance.

ADC is a party built on unity and shared purpose. We must not allow ourselves to be divided along tribal or religious lines. Our strength lies in our diversity and collective resolve, he stated.

Hon. Owokoniran further encouraged party faithful to stay committed, disciplined, and focused, noting that the success of the party depends on the ability of its members to stand together as one.

He reassured members that the leadership of the party remains committed to protecting its structure and ensuring that no external influence disrupts its progress.

The ADC continues to position itself as a credible alternative, driven by integrity, unity, and the desire to deliver good governance to the Nigerian people.
