ADC’s Owokoniran Welcomes Aggrieved APC Women Into Party In Eti-Osa, Lagos
Lagos leader in the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Hon. Rahman Owokoniran, has welcomed a group of aggrieved female members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) into the party in Eti-Osa Local Government Area of the state.
The women said they were dissatisfied with the current economic situation and what they described as the growing hardship and rising cost of living under the Tinubu-led APC administration.
Receiving the new members, Owokoniran encouraged them to remain actively engaged in the democratic process and contribute their experience, ideas and perspectives to the ADC.
He said the growing participation of women and young people in politics was important to building stronger political institutions and ensuring that citizens had a meaningful voice in decisions affecting their communities.
The new members were urged to work with existing ADC structures in Eti-Osa and contribute constructively to the party’s grassroots activities ahead of the 2027 elections.
