Gunmen have killed a former All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the February 2022 chairmanship election in Kuje Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, Alhaji Hamidu Sarki Gaube.
It was gathered that Gaube was shot dead on Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
The assailants also abducted one Jacob Jawo alongside his son and late Gaube’s younger brother.
The deceased was laid to rest at Kuje burial ground on Thursday, May 2, 2024.
