Following a viral video where he introduced himself as the father and claimed singer Asake abandoned him, Mr. Fatai Odunsin has now come forward with his family to share more details and make specific demands from the world-acclaimed musician.
In a new video, Odunsin and his family are requesting that Asake should provide a ₦50 million house in Isale Eko area of Lagos to generate rental income to support the elderly man.
Additionally, they are demanding a DNA test for Zeenat, the alleged 11-year-old daughter of Asake, whom they claimed he also neglected.
A family representative passionately pleaded with the Artiste, urging him to take responsibility for his father and the daughter.
He said: “I’m begging you, Ololade Mr. Money. Even if Nigerians donate ₦10 billion to this man, just ₦1 million from Asake would make him happier.
“Asake Always remember that your father will always be your father, come and take care of your father, also your 11years old daughter and your Baby Mama.
“Even if the whole of Nigeria donate N1 billion to Asake’s father, the N1 million Asake will donate will make Papa Asake feel better.
“Asake Come and build a house for your Father so he can be collecting Rent.”
BABY MAMA SPEAKS
Adijat, Asake’s Baby Mama has narrated in an interview that he dumped her after he rose to fame.
Speaking with Bukky Majet, an online media vlogger, Adijat said: “When he was in school, the little I had, I sent to him. Even the contributions I made, I would collect and send to him.
“But now I have tried to reach out to Asake after he finished from OAU and moved to Lekki, it became difficult to reach him or even see him.”
She, however, claimed the 30-year-old singer changed after finishing university and Zeenat turned seven.
Adijat narrated: “When I told him it had been long since we saw each other, he asked me if that was important. He started giving me attitude.
“He said I was forcing myself on him and that my problems were too much. Later, he sent me messages saying he would block me. He told me I was free to marry someone else, as he had no time for a relationship.
“He starts saying that, I am forcing myself on him, he even said if I continue disturbing him that he will block me on all his socials like WhatsApp.
“That response got me crying as I considered the years I had invested in the relationship,”
“After Asake got famous, he sent N1 million to me and his daughter.”
