Davido: I Can’t Live Without Chioma My Wife
Nigerian music star Davido has gone public with the close bond shared with his wife, Chioma.
During a recent interview, the Singer revealed that they spoke every day, no matter where he was in the world, describing her as an inseparable part of his life.
“I talk to my wife every time, every day,” he said. She’s a part of me. I can’t live without her.”
Davido explained that even the smallest things reminded him of Chioma, saying he often called her just to share funny memes or random moments from his day.
According to him, staying connected with his wife was non-negotiable, regardless of how busy his schedule got.
“Marry your best friend. Me, I love my wife,” he counselled.
David Adeleke formally wedded his wife, Chioma traditionally on Tuesday, 25th June 2024 in Lagos, Nigeria.
Subsequently, they went on to hold their white wedding ceremony in Miami on August 10, 2025.
He has Baby Mamas, with his first kid, Imade Adeleke, born by Ms Sophia Momodu when he was barely 20.
Davido’s ‘ASSURANCE’ single reassured Chioma that no matter what happened, she would always be the one who mattered most to him among his different outside women.
They lost their first son Ifeanyi in a pool accident and went on to have twins.
