Onboarding and Digital Registration of ERCAAN Members. NeGSt-TAS Technologies will embark on a nationwide digital registration of all qualified ERCAAN members, existing practitioners as well as new entrants into the industry, streamlining administrative processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of the practice.
Digital Identity Cards: Members will be furnished with cutting-edge digital identity cards, a testament to the commitment of both NeGSt-TAS and ERCAAN to embrace technological advancements and bring about a more connected and secure environment for all stakeholders. Identity Claims eVerification Solution: NeGSt-TAS Technologies will leverage its state-of-the-art eVerification solution, as a licensee of the National Identity Management Commission NIMC, to validate the identity claims of individuals, including prospective and intending tenants as well as people standing as guarantors, in real estate and property transactions, on a national scale, relying on the NIMC database.
