Two students of the Edo State University, Iyamho have been expelled after a video of them carrying out a sexual act in an apparently empty classroom went viral.
University authorities expelled the two students who appeared to have videoed themselves engaging in a sexual act inside a classroom went viral online this week.
In a statement released after the probe, the institution reaffirmed its commitment to discipline, moral standards, and maintaining a satisfactory learning environment.
According to the statement, the actions of the two students violated the university’s code of conduct and brought the institution into disrepute.
