It’s with great pleasure and happiness I welcome you all to this epoch making event today!
As you are probably aware, Estate Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN) is a formidable Association founded on the threshold of honesty to professionalized real estate services.
Inarguably, ERCAAN has always been on the forefront agitating for genuine process to the regulation of the real estate business and practices for more 30 years.
Today therefore is another opportunity to bring to your notice one of the realization of the milestones and desires of our Association – that institutions and bodies must conduct themselves professionally before members of the public and the regulatory authorities in Nigeria and in Diaspora.
The biometrics registration first of its kind by any real estate association was first initiated over seven (7) years ago by the former President of ERCAAN, Hon. E.T Dare (EFA, EPP), but couldn’t materialized because of the incompetency of the engaging company back then.
My administration, having study the proposal for this exercise submitted by intending companies finally settled for NeGSt-TAS Technologies because of its track records of achievements with notable public and private enterprises.
As you are well aware, membership of our Association spreads across the 36 States of the federation including FCT, with Lagos State having the highest number. With this biometrics innovation, ERCAAN will now have a complete database of our members globally that can be easily accessible to everyone within a twinkle of an eye.
NeGSt-TAS Technologies shall from next month (March) commence the registration of existing members nationwide and any prospective member must now register online for data capturing.
Furthermore, this exercise will give members of the public the opportunity of dealing with trusted estate agents within the country because all information that will now be on our website will be dully verified and ascertained by credible individuals.
It should be noted that members and non-members who are not covered by our biometric enumeration shall not have our trust and backing. With this, it will assist the government agencies, corporate bodies and members of the public to have a database of credible estate agents dully guaranteed by our noble Association.
Be assured, we shall make the process seamless and very accessible for enquiries and information gathering as related to our Association.
Finally, we shall also be unveiling before our guests and members the logo and theme of our coming international conference and exhibitions coming up in August this year.
Our forthcoming international conference will have the support and signature of our partners and consultant, Abraham Global Realtors situated in US.
Therefore, we look forward to and will count on your full support and cooperation to make the international conference a successful one and a talk-of-the-town.
We will have the CEO, Realtor Kenny Efunpo deliver a goodwill message direct from his base in United State of America as a mark of the company approval to today’s event.
That said, I wish to express my sincere and unreserved gratitude to all our invited guests, members of our registered Board of Trustees, State Chapter Chairmen present, all the committed members of ERCAAN and of course, my very and ever supportive Executives for honouring our invitation.
