Following the death in a Lagos hospital on Tuesday, January 13, a social media exchange between Omije Ojumi, Ms. Bunmi Akinnaanu, and a Prophet has resurfaced.
The unnamed Prophet has in 2021 related a message of death to Akinnaanu, that she rebuffed rather aggressively.
Fans of the Gospel Singer have been revisiting the old prophecy from 2021 after news of her death after a prolonged illness from which she never recovered.
As captured on a Facebook posting, their exchange went as follows:
“Hello ma, this might sound abs¥rd, you don’t know me, nor have I also seen you one on one physically before, but I am just a child of God like you. I hope you get to read this message by the mercies of God. I have not come to cook this story and I am not telling you for you to recognise me, but just for you to pray.
Mum, in a vision of the night I heard some words in Yoruba, like ‘ti o ba tun raiye wa, (if you can come to this world again, you won’t be doing anyhow to them).’ So very f.right£ning. Very f.right£ned, I asked, is she de@d? Somebody answered me, Is this not her baby or something? We have ki||ed her.
Ma, I know nothing b@d will happen to you, but still something like this requires prayers. I know you are a prayer warrior, kindly pray ma. That £vil conspiracies over you and your ministry that God should f!ght for your cause. I have raised prayer altars for you, and I believe the vision will not come to pass, if only we will pray. God bless you ma…” –
Omije Ojumi allegedly replied:
“You are very st¥pid you lack m@nners. Ofa iku yin ko payin tile tile yin …..Aye yin ma baje loruko Jesu orun polongo iku yin loruko jesu (meaning: Arrows of de@th will k!|| you and your household…. Your life will be d£stroy£d in Jesus name; heaven will proclaim/ announce your de@th in the name of Jesus)
