The consumer protection agency and manufacturers association should intervene to mutually resolve issues in dispute, uphold rights to avoid killing “an ant” on either side with a sledge hammer.
The woman’s right should be restored if infringed upon and the business should be saved from going under because of what it takes to nurture an industry in Nigeria as well the interests of its workers.
It could look difficult to retrieve the matter but it is possible.
