Northern Leaders have the constitutional right to criticize the President and hold him to account on the security situation in the North; but it’s too early to forget how all the key security and Defence positions in country were held by Northerners for eight years but failed to end the scourge of killings and kidnappings in the north. Trillions wasted with no result, and the then President kept extending their tenure in office.
