Today was a sad day at work.
One of my brightest students died.
Apparently, she got pregnant, just 15 years old.
She attempted an abortion which wasn’t successful.
The baby died inside her but she didn’t know.
She’s been suffering one sickness or another for some time and taking pain relievers.
When it became unbearable on Friday, they took her to the hospital and surgery was recommended.
She still died.
This is the worst news I’ve received in a long time.
Parents pls look after your children, don’t be judgemental or always punitive when they misstep.
Today was a sad day at work.
