Vitafoam Nigeria inaugurates Adeniyi Jones Comfort Centre, strengthens Customer experience strategy
Vitafoam Nigeria Plc has inaugurated its new Adeniyi Jones Comfort Centre in Lagos, reinforcing its customer-focused retail strategy and expanding access to its range of sleep and comfort solutions.
Located at Plot 63, Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, the new facility replaces the company’s former outlet situated around the Adeniyi Jones traffic light, offering customers a larger and more modern environment to experience Vitafoam’s products firsthand.
Speaking at the inauguration, the Group Managing Director of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, Mr Taiwo Adeniyi, described the Comfort Centre concept as a key component of the company’s growth strategy, designed to bring the Vitafoam experience closer to customers while strengthening the franchise network.
According to him, Comfort Centres serve as interactive showrooms where customers can see, test and experience the company’s extensive portfolio of mattresses, pillows, furniture and other comfort products before making purchasing decisions.
He said the centres have continued to improve customer confidence, enhance patronage and contribute positively to the company’s revenue growth by creating a more engaging retail experience.
Adeniyi explained that the new Adeniyi Jones Comfort Centre was the result of years of commitment and collaboration with the franchise owners, adding that Vitafoam remains committed to supporting entrepreneurs who invest in growing the brand.
“This Comfort Centre reflects our commitment to making the Vitafoam experience more accessible to customers.
It is not just a retail outlet; it is a place where customers can interact with our products, make informed choices and enjoy the quality that Vitafoam is known for. We will continue to support franchise partners who share our vision of delivering comfort and value to Nigerians,” he said.
The coordinator of the Adeniyi Jones Comfort Centre, Mr Lawal, said the new facility would significantly improve customer satisfaction by providing a more spacious and welcoming environment for product display and demonstration.
He noted that customers now have the opportunity to experience the full range of Vitafoam products under one roof, enabling them to make purchasing decisions based on comfort, quality and suitability to their individual needs.
“Our goal is to give every customer the complete Vitafoam experience. This new Comfort Centre allows people to see, touch and test our products before buying, and we are confident it will deepen customer satisfaction and loyalty,” he said.
Lawal and his wife, Oluwakemi, reflected on their journey from operating their previous outlet near the Adeniyi Jones traffic light to establishing the new Comfort Centre.
He described the inauguration as the culmination of years of hard work, perseverance and a shared commitment to delivering quality products and excellent customer service.
The couple expressed appreciation to Vitafoam Nigeria Plc for its unwavering support throughout the project, saying the company’s encouragement and partnership were instrumental in bringing the new facility to reality.
They pledged to continue upholding Vitafoam’s standards of quality and customer satisfaction while providing residents and businesses within the Adeniyi Jones axis with easier access to the company’s premium comfort solutions.
The inauguration attracted business partners, customers, franchise representatives and other stakeholders who toured the new showroom and experienced the wide range of Vitafoam products on display.
This version follows a conventional newspaper hard news style. It can also be adapted into a business-page story with stronger emphasis on retail expansion, franchise growth, and the commercial significance of the Comfort Centre.
