ADC’s Owokoniran Salutes Atiku Abubakar For Emerging Presidential Candidate
The National Vice Chairman, South West Zone of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Hon. Rahman Owokoniran, has congratulated Alhaji Atiku Abubakar GCON, on his emergence and victory as the Presidential Candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) following the successful conduct of the party’s presidential primaries.
Owokoniran, in a Wednesday, described Atiku’s emergence as a reflection of the confidence and trust party members and delegates had in his leadership experience, national appeal, democratic credentials, and commitment towards rescuing Nigeria from its present socio economic and security challenges.
He further commended party members, delegates, aspirants, and stakeholders for their maturity, unity, and commitment throughout the primary process, noting that the exercise further strengthened the credibility and democratic foundation of the party.
According to him, the emergence of Atiku Abubakar positioned ADC as a formidable platform capable of providing purposeful leadership, national unity, economic recovery, and good governance for Nigerians.
Owokoniran urged members of the party across the South-West and Nigeria at large to remain united, focused, and committed towards building a stronger and victorious ADC ahead of the general elections.
