The nurse allegedly injected the late singer, whose real name was Ilerioluwa Aloba, which led to his death on September 12.

Similarly, the Magistrate Judge Adeola Olatunbosun, ordered that another suspect and Mohbad’s friend, Ayobani Sadiq, should be returned to police custody, along with the nurse.

According to the Magistrate, Naira Marley and Sam Larry should be granted bail in the sum of N20 million each with three sureties in like sum, who must own landed property.

However, she said the two men’s bail would subsist on legal advice from the Office of the Directorate of Public Prosecution.

They would also surrender their passports and make weekly appearances at the State Criminal Investigation Department.

The case was subsequently adjourned to November 29 for DPP advice.
