Surrogate Mum Battles Biological Parents Returning To Claim Child, Now Aged 11, They Abandoned With Her After Wife Bore Twins That Have Now Died
My sister agreed to carry a surrogate pregnancy but the couple did not come for their baby after birth.
She tried to contact them by all possible means but couldn’t reach them so she raised the child as her own alongside her 3 other children.
So 11 years later, last week the couple, out of nowhere appeared at her home demanding for their kid.
Turns out 4 months into my sister’s surrogate pregnancy,the wife of that guy also got pregnant and she in fact gave birth to twins and they decided to cut ties with my sister. 10 years later, that’s early last year there was a fire outbreak at their home and unfortunately their twins were burnt to death.
Since then they’ve been trying to get pregnant again but they couldn’t (the wife has hit menopause) and now they decide to come for their child.
My sister is hearing none of it, shes moving to court tomorrow.
