An Honourable Member of Nigeria’s House Of Representatives from the Labour Party (LP) Kaduna State, Ekene Abubakar Adams, has been reported dead.
This latest death marks the second to hit the House within one week, following that of Hon. Olaide Akinremi (Jagaban) from Oyo State, who died last week’s Wednesday, July 10.
Adams, who represented Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, died today Tuesday morning, following a brief illness.
Aged 39, the former General Manager of Kada City FC and Remo Stars, was elected into the House of Representatives on the platform of Labour Party (LP) in 2023.
He was the Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Sports.
