ADC’s Owokoniran Urges Nigerian Youth, Women To Back Atiku For Solution To Insecurity, Economic Hardships

The National Vice Chairman (South West) of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Hon. Rahman Owokoniran, has called on the youth and women across the country to give their full support to the party’s Presidential Candidate, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.

Owokoniran said Atiku was the most experienced, capable and prepared leader to rescue Nigeria from its current challenges.

According to Owokoniran, Nigeria stood at a critical point in its history, with millions of citizens facing unprecedented hardship, rising insecurity, banditry, kidnapping, unemployment, poor economic policies and a declining standard of education.

He noted that many young Nigerians were losing faith in the future due to the lack of opportunities, while women and families continued to bear the burden of the nation’s economic difficulties and insecurity.

He said: “Today, Nigerians are yearning for competent leadership, economic recovery, improved security, quality education, job creation, and a government that truly cares for its people.

“Our ADC Presidential Candidate possesses the experience, capacity, national outlook, and leadership qualities required to steer Nigeria towards the path of progress and prosperity.”

Owokoniran emphasised that the 2027 election presented a historic opportunity for Nigerians, particularly the youth and women, to take their destiny in their own hands by supporting a credible alternative capable of restoring hope and rebuilding the nation.

He urged all Nigerians to unite behind the ADC and its Presidential Candidate in the collective quest to build a safer, stronger, and more prosperous Nigeria for present and future generations.

“The future of Nigeria is in our hands. Together, we can rescue our nation, restore hope, and secure a better future for all,” he said.
